These challenges include lack of utility, high barriers of entry, volatility, and insufficient structure for future innovation and long-term development. The ZERA Network addresses these challenges through a decentralized blockchain network that promotes inclusivity, transparency, scalability, security, and productivity, with various use cases.\\n\\nThe ZERA design presents a blockchain network structure that enables the native coin to function as a peer-to-peer medium of exchange globally. The ZERA Network facilitates secure and efficient direct decentralized transactions across the network and ecosystem, ensuring complete transparency for all users. This not only provides an immutable record on the blockchain but also allows for systematic and cryptographic execution of bartering and exchange.\\n\\nThe primary objective of the ZERA Network is to revolutionize existing platforms by providing the tools to foster an ecosystem of applications and use cases with real-world utility to be created by anyone. The network encourages users to expand its capabilities and ecosystem while adding additional use cases over time, with the mission of creating a more decentralized, equitable, inclusive, and robust blockchain network with users creating utility and applications of their own to provide limitless utility.\\n\\nZERA is built on a set of core principles that collectively contribute to a sustainable, equitable, and decentralized network and community. These principles include:\\n\\n- Decentralization: Facilitate collaboration and exchange without intermediaries, enabling individuals and communities to freely participate.\\n\\n- Transparency: Foster trust and accountability among users by ensuring transparency in network activities.\\n\\n- Utility: Provide utility, ongoing rewards, and benefits to users through a decentralized network and ecosystem, along with tools to foster an ecosystem of that offers additional utility.\\n\\n- Innovation: Continuously innovate and improve the network and ecosystem to best serve user needs.\\n\\n- Inclusivity: Create a network that promotes diversity and inclusivity by removing barriers to entry and facilitating global participation.\\n\\n- Community Benefit: ZERA exists to serve the needs and interests of the user community as a whole, without favouring any specific person, entity, or group.\\n\\n- Empowerment of Developers and Visionaries: Provide a decentralized network architecture that enables developers and visionaries to autonomously build their projects.\\n\\n\\nZERA aims to introduce an innovative approach and present solutions with the potential to transform various markets and industries for people around the world while harnessing the power of decentralization.\\n\\n# The ZERA Community\\n\\t\\t\\nZERA is founded on the core principle of decentralization, where every aspect of ZERA is controlled entirely by its decentralized community. There is no centralized authority or third party involved in decision-making or setting priorities. Instead, each member of the community has an equitable say in the decision-making process and collectively determines the path forward. The ZERA community is responsible for all decisions, without relying on any third party or external efforts. Decisions are made directly and exclusively by the community members themselves.\\n\\nDecentralized governance empowers participants with full control over all aspects of ZERA. This approach fosters a strong sense of community, accountability, and adaptability among users. It must be fully understood that ZERA nor the ZERA Network was created with any expectations of success, failure, profits, or otherwise. Members bear the sole responsibility for both the potential successes and failures of ZERA as they collaborate to make changes that impact the entire community. By giving members a direct role in shaping the direction of ZERA, the community can evolve and innovate to meet changing needs.\\n\\nThrough decentralized governance and participation, the ZERA Community strives to build a resilient, transparent, and community-driven platform. This approach ensures that those who are impacted by the decisions made have full control and enables members to work collectively towards a common goal. As a result, the ZERA Community can be vibrant and dynamic, continuously evolving and driven by the collective wisdom and energy of its members.\\n\\nIt is important to note that this \\\"The ZERA Community\\\" section shall completely and unequivocally take precedence over any/all other principles mentioned throughout this whitepaper or any other documents, as it represents the core of ZERA itself and thus the users themselves and their collective authority.\\n\\n# ZERA Network\\n\\t\\nThe ZERA Network is a blockchain platform that encourages applications to be built with real-world use cases. It strives to reduce congestion, provide meaningful developer tools, and maintain low network fees to support mainstream adoption. The ZERA Network leverages various blockchain technologies to overcome challenges faced by previous blockchain generations, creating a more inclusive and user-friendly infrastructure for building applications across different domains.\\n\\nFrom the first line of code, the ZERA Network has been purpose built. This foundational approach allows it to bypass restrictions imposed if built on top of a pre-existing solution, as it would be required to fit or adapt to such predefined confines. It adopts a Proof-of-Stake (PoS) consensus model to achieve deterministic finality.\\n\\nThe ZERA Network aims to establish a blockchain that offers stability, sustainability, inclusivity, throughput, and speed.\\n\\nThe ZERA Improvement Proposal (ZIP) allows the community to actively maintain and advance the security and longevity of ZERA by preserving and enhancing the network's technology.\\n\\nThe ZERA Network deviates from regular principles of native projects and operates under the premise of “allow a token to behave like a coin”. Ultimately, ZERA directly influences the ZERA Network’s future and development through the governance dictated ZIP. The ZERA Network is designed to flourish from the participation of tokens, but at its core, is molded together and fundamentally supported by ZERA itself.\\n\\n# Ecosystem and Utility\\n\\nThe ZERA Network is capable of supporting a diverse range of supporting applications, tools, and platforms. It goes beyond being limited solely to its native coin and can facilitate a wider array of use cases for additional tokens.\\n\\nThe ZERA ecosystem fosters decentralization, transparency, and innovation across various industries. By providing a comprehensive set of tools and applications that cater to different use cases, ZERA aims to create an equitable and inclusive system for the community.\\n\\nThe utility offered by the ecosystem plays a vital role in providing a multitude of use cases for ZERA, the network, and more. Ultimately, the utility of ZERA within the ecosystem will be at the discretion of each contributor itself. By providing the tools, and acting as a guiding force for change, ZERA could be utilized within the ecosystem in various ways.\\n\\nThe underlying technology of ZERA lay the groundwork for its global usability. The exchange of ZERA or any other tokens within the ZERA Network contributes to the utility of the network.\\n\\nThe diverse utility provided by the ZERA Network creates an environment that promotes innovation, collaboration, and widespread adoption. The potential applications and benefits extend beyond the native coin, opening up new possibilities for users and creating a dynamic and thriving ecosystem.\\n\\n# Tokenomics\\n\\n## Supply Metrics\\n\\t\\t\\n\\n**Max Supply: 906,291,475.422382177**\\n**Pre-Mint: 6,291,475.422382177**\\n\\nUpon genesis, ZERA has no ability to mint coins except through user proposed and voted governance transactions. It is up to the users of ZERA to utilize the technology of the ZERA Network governance to create automatic systems to implement any supply management if the users of ZERA wish to enact a supply management. \\n\\nAny system, if created, will be created from the decentralized users of ZERA and be agreed upon according to the parameters of governance. End to end, any system associated with ZERA will be managed by its users through governance and the ZERA Network’s ability to execute code that will further the collective goals of its users.\\n\\nThe Pre-Minted Supply of ZERA, which is the supply included in the genesis block, is allocated to decentralized contributors who have dedicated their time, effort, and resources to the early efforts of ZERA.\\n\\nThe Pre-Minted Supply of ZERA is free to use like any other ZERA. All ZERA are made equal without discrimination and are not made to be restricted in their usage. All coins are equal and free to take advantage of the growing utility the ecosystem can provide. All coins are free to create, contribute, and explore in a decentralized and community driven manner.\\n\\n## Network Activity\\n\\nThere is no synthetic block reward or issuance of new coins from network activity. The inflationary concept comparable to today’s fiat currencies has proven to cause instability and hardship that can potentially undermine the security of the ZERA Network.\\n\\nNetwork activity can only result in the decreasing Circulating Supply of ZERA as a portion of network transaction fees can be burned, and a further portion can be added to the ZERA Treasury. This symbiotic relationship between all Validators and ZERA from transactional fees fosters sustainability to the core of the ZERA Network and can help nurture the ZERA Network as a whole.\\n\\n## Treasury\\n\\nUpon genesis, the treasury wallet is the governance wallet of the Treasury contract ($TREASURY+0000) itself. This means that this wallet is immediately available to the network but only accessible through governance. The treasury governance is solely controlled by the users of ZERA through direct creation and participation of proposals. The treasury can only be accessed via governance, of which can only be deployed and updated by the successful executions from successful decentralized governance proposals. This decentralized system powered solely by all of its users enacts, votes, and secures, the ZERA Treasury from day 1 without exception. There is no entity, person, or group that can determine the direction of the Treasury, or any aspect of ZERA, rather it must be through the collective efforts and agreement enacted by the users and technology of the ZERA Network.\\n\\nUltimately, it is anticipated that the users of ZERA will update the treasury wallet address through ZIP to fit the direction set forth by its users.\\n\\n## ZERA Treasury Transparency\\n\\t\\t\\nIn order to address the growing need for increased transparency and risk mitigation in various industries, the ZERA Treasury is 100% on chain. This aims to establish a new standard for transparency, credibility, and trust by leveraging the existing technology.\\n\\nThe ZERA Treasury Transparency plays a vital role in ZERA, providing a technology-driven solution that enables automatic and indisputable real-time reporting and transparency. By simply looking at the ZERA Treasury wallet, everyone has access to real-time information on the ZERA Treasury. Users can monitor and track the holdings and transfers within the ZERA Treasury in real-time, enhancing transparency and accountability in a decentralized and code-driven environment.\\n# Governance\\n\\nGovernance driven by the proposal and voting of ZERA users can dictate the direction of many aspects within ZERA and the ZERA Network. For instance, implementing, maintaining, and updating (1) Supply Management (if collectively agreed upon), (2) Treasury, (3) ZERA Network Code, (4) other programs the ZERA community designs, and more.\\n\\nThe governance within the ZERA Network allows for the execution of pre-agreed code upon the successful completion of a governance proposal. This innovative approach to decentralized governance and immediately executing code-based and transparent agreed upon change allows for the users of ZERA to contribute to the network among limitless other functions that can be created.\\n# Conclusion\\n\\t\\t\\nZERA is a decentralized platform that fosters transparency and community involvement. It strives to provide a sustainable and fair system that can have a positive global impact. By focusing on decentralization and action through transparent technology, ZERA aims to deliver a blockchain network that offers utility, a seamless user experience, and a platform that natively supports nearly all visions without the need for complex code while still providing a framework for customizability that allows for full and unimaginable creation.\\n\\nAt the end of the day, ZERA is only what its users make it. Nothing more, nothing less. At it’s genesis, it’s simply the keystone that holds the ZERA Network together. After the genesis block, it’s whatever all of its users agree to make it. There is no structure, no centralized control, and no common enterprise which is both exciting and terrifying. It is solely controlled by the users themselves and their collective wisdom, authority, and ingenuity.\"} symbol:\"ZRA\" name:\"ZERA\" governance:{type:STAGGERED regular_quorum:7500 fast_quorum:7500 timer, as even that is more than it is worth. It has been a constant challenge of evolving technical specifications and only now has the bleak reality been realized that such document is impossible to compose with any future degree of accuracy. Countless revisions and another 102 pages of code, charts, and text to the silicon void ultimately lead to one reoccurring acknowledgement: the story is never truly written, so how can it become documented? There is only one answer; it can't. This document shall go the void, forgotten and left behind.\\n\\n# Purpose\\nThe ZERA Network was built to serve 3 purposes:\\n1. To establish a platform to enable visions with or without the need sophisticated code\\n2. Enable a mechanism to allow evolution through decentralized community innovation, support, and aspiration\\n3. Allow tokens the luxury of being treated and supported wholly by reducing barriers to entry and continued existence\\n\\nThe first is at least partially accomplished with the initial suite of tools integrated into the network. There are dozens of functions that significantly lower or eliminate the need for technical knowhow. For example, there is no need to write custom functions to make a transfer, mint, vote, proposal, collect fees, burn, create/update a token, among many others. This is simply integrated and varies from every day tasks to complex executions.\\n\\nThe second is accomplished through the native use of governance and decentralized code execution. This means that effectively transaction(s) can be executed based on the results of decentralized governance, and executed automatically by the network without the need for an intermediary. This decentralized and automatic process can introduce various benefits, such as more timely and non-invasive execution.\\n\\nThe third is accomplished by the protocols of the ZERA Network which are fundamentally conceptual integrations rather than technical feats. For example, providing mechanisms to allow many tokens to pay low and constant network fees in their own medium, rather than forcing traffic to the native coin, ZERA ($ZRA+0000, hereinafter $ZRA), or allowing for various mediums to directly participate in the Proof-Of-Stake (POS) consensus the ZERA Network runs off of without the need to go to $ZRA itself. It's important to lead by example; the rule throughout this endeavour is that $ZRA is built as a token, not a coin. $ZRA itself has been built off the native functions of the network, bringing in the simple route of objective #1 above without the need for sophisticated code.\\n\\nFundamentally this is its core, but ultimately, the core itself can change as no person, no group, and no common enterprise can do anything to achieve control. Rather, everyone has control, as defined by the rules of its application.\\n\\nThis document, despite its incredible vagueness due to lack of ability to effectively inscribe prevailing conditions, could become irrelevant. That is the objective, the base being laid, and the changes being made solely from the collective contribution and deliberation of its users.\\n\\n# Fundamentals\\nThe fundamentals of the network can be different post the first block created. Block 0, a block one may feel inherently important or powerful, is not. The importance of each block after, its evolutions and utility provided and demanded are all exponentially more important over time. The compounding proposals, discussions, and disruptions can incomprehensibly render anything grossly inaccurate.\\n\\nAt genesis, the ZERA Network fundamentally uses GRPC for networking and communications between clients and validators. Further it uses protocol buffers between the GRPC's to effectively transmit and unpack instructions. These protocol buffers and GRPC's can only be understood by exploring their structures and implementation at the time as it can change by the community in impossible to predict directions.\\n\\nSitting before a blank canvas of possibilities, the challenge of penning down thoughts often mirrors the intricate dance of innovation and evolution. Each moment holds the potential for change, where traditional ideas can be swiftly upended by fresh insights. As I sit here, the realization dawns that the subject of my writing could transform with the next wave of innovative thinking. This fluidity is both daunting and exhilarating, offering a playground for creativity where boundaries are continually redrawn. The process, much like evolution itself, is unpredictable yet filled with opportunities to explore new horizons and redefine what is possible. In this dynamic environment, the act of writing becomes a reflection of evolution's core principles: ever changing, ever evolving. This evolving landscape of thought and creativity inevitably gives rise to two distinct responses. On one side, there are those who feel a sense of trepidation, wary of the change and the uncertainty it brings. For these groups, the rapid pace of innovation can seem overwhelming, as the familiar grounds of knowledge and expertise are continuously shifting beneath their feet. On the other side are the pioneers, those who thrive on the very flux that others fear. These are the visionaries who not only adapt but also lead the charge in molding the future. They harness the dynamic nature of evolution to empower and inspire, catalyzing growth and encouraging others to embrace the possibilities that change brings. In their hands, what might initially seem disruptive transforms into opportunities for collective advancement, making the unknown not just manageable but a source of endless potential. To you both, I invite you, and I join you.\\n\\nThe act of weaving words sometimes feels akin to sculpting from the ether -- creating something from what might generously be called 'bullshit.' This acknowledgment, far from a critique, is an embrace of the raw, unpolished creations that often precede clarity of many missions. It’s a candid nod to the initial messiness of creativity, where the first drafts and half-formed ideas serve as stepping stones towards greater insights. Yet, in this very chaos of creation lies the thrill of venturing into the unknown. Each piece written is a minor voyage into uncharted territories of thought, where the excitement lies not just in the destination, but in the journey itself. With every thought, we map the contours of new worlds, using the nebulous to power the tangible, and transforming 'bullshit' into visionary breakthroughs. This process, unpredictable and riddled with surprises, mirrors the exhilarating unpredictability of discovery itself.\\n\\n# Conclusion\"} symbol:\"ZIP\" name:\"Zera Improvement Proposal\" governance:{type:STAGGERED regular_quorum:7500 fast_quorum:7500 voting_instrument:\"$ZRA+0000\" threshold:200 chicken_dinner:false allow_multi:true voting_period:4 allowed_proposal_instrument:\"$ZRA+0000\" proposal_period:DAYS} restricted_keys:{public_key:{single:\"$ZRA+0000\"}} restricted_keys:{public_key:{governance_auth:\"gov_$ZIP+0000\"} update_contract:true transfer:true quash:true mint:true vote:true propose:true compliance:true expense_ratio:true cur_equiv:true revoke:true key_weight:1} max_supply:\"0\" coin_denomination:{denomination_name:\"ZIP\" amount:\"1\"} contract_id:\"$ZIP+0000\" type:SBT} contract_txns:{base:{timestamp:{seconds:1726138971 nanos:840811544} hash:\"70\\xb6\\xedR5@\\xe6E\\xbcxmqP\\x90X\\x1c\\x19\\x18إ3\\xda \\xc0q\\x0cr\\xd0Wú\"} symbol:\"TREASURY\" name:\"Treasury\" governance:{type:STAGGERED regular_quorum:7500 fast_quorum:7500 voting_instrument:\"$ZRA+0000\" threshold:200 chicken_dinner:false allow_multi:true voting_period:4 allowed_proposal_instrument:\"$ZRA+0000\" proposal_period:DAYS} restricted_keys:{public_key:{single:\"$ZRA+0000\"}} restricted_keys:{public_key:{governance_auth:\"gov_$TREASURY+0000\"} update_contract:true transfer:true quash:true mint:true vote:true propose:true compliance:true expense_ratio:true cur_equiv:true revoke:true key_weight:1} max_supply:\"0\" coin_denomination:{denomination_name:\"ACE\" amount:\"1\"} contract_id:\"$TREASURY+0000\" type:SBT} contract_txns:{base:{timestamp:{seconds:1726138971 nanos:842888399} hash:\"\\xe8\\x14\\xe8\\n\\xd2\\xfd\\x17\\x16,\\xb1\\xb8\\x02\\xcd\\xf4\\xce~\\x0c\\xa4-#H$d\\xf3\\xacڗ\\xf2\\xeeV\\x16\\xbc\" memo:\"### ZERA Open Use and Revenue Sharing License (ZERA License v1.0)\\n\\n**Preamble:** This license governs the use, modification, and redistribution of software under the ZERA License. The intent of this license is to **encourage developers** to use, modify, and innovate with the software freely, especially for small and medium-sized projects. The license allows nearly all use cases to be free of charge, while also ensuring that large, successful projects that wish to modify or utilize code outside of the ZERA Network contribute back to the ecosystem to protect the ZERA Network's interests.\\n\\nBy using, modifying, or distributing software licensed under the ZERA License, you agree to the following terms.\\n\\n---\\n\\n### 1. **Use and Modification Rights**\\n\\n- You are granted permission to use, modify, and distribute this software, provided that any modifications or derivative works are made publicly available under this same ZERA License.\\n- Any changes or improvements to the software must be published in an open and accessible repository within 90 days of the modification.\\n- **Prohibited Use**: The software may not be used, modified, or distributed in any manner that undermines or otherwise harms ZERA, the ZERA Network, its core infrastructure, governance, or fundamental principles. Any such use will be considered a breach of this license.\\n\\n---\\n\\n### 2. **Revenue Sharing and Compliance**\\n\\n- The following progressive revenue-sharing model applies to any revenue derived directly or indirectly from the use, modification, or distribution of this software, based on annual revenues:\\n - **$0 - $5,000,000 USD**: No revenue-sharing obligations.\\n - **$5,000,001 - $ 10,000,000 USD**: 1% of revenue within this range must be transferred to the **ZERA Treasury Address** in an accepted instrument, defined by the ZERA \\\"Authorized Currency Equivalent\\\" (**$ACE**) list.\\n - **$10,000,001 - $50,000,000 USD**: An additional 1% per $10,000,000 USD of revenue is due for every $10,000,000 increment in this range, starting at 10% for revenues over $10,000,001 USD, capping at 15% for revenues of $50,000,000 USD or more.\\n \\n- **Revenue Cap**: The revenue-sharing requirement shall not exceed 15% of the total revenue, regardless of how much revenue is generated beyond $50,000,000 USD.\\n \\n- All revenue transactions tied to the use of this software that meet or exceed the applicable thresholds must be documented, and the records must be made publicly accessible through a transparent medium (e.g., a public blockchain ledger, repository, or recognized platform). All records must be updated within 90 days of the transaction and be accessible for audit.\\n \\n- **Exclusion Clause**: This revenue-sharing agreement does not apply to any services built on top of or integrated with the ZERA Network itself. For the avoidance of doubt, a \\\"service built on top of\\\" refers to applications, platforms, or tools that interface with the ZERA Network but do not modify or redistribute the licensed software directly. Modifications to the core ZERA software are still subject to this license.\\n \\n\\n---\\n\\n### 3. **Breach and Legal Enforcement**\\n\\n- In the event of a breach of these licensing terms, any holder of **ZERA** ($ZRA+0000) has the right to initiate legal proceedings against the user in breach. However, to minimize frivolous lawsuits and ensure actions are taken in good faith, the following conditions must be met:\\n - Before initiating legal proceedings, the group of ZERA holders must make a reasonable and good-faith effort to resolve the breach through mediation or arbitration with the user in breach. Legal action should only be pursued if remediation efforts fail.\\n - Any official legal action must be supported by an approved governance proposal in the **$LEGAL+0000** contract.\\n\\n- Any settlement or winnings from such legal proceedings will be distributed as follows:\\n - 50% to the ZERA holder(s) who execute any legal actions, settlements, bear costs, etc.\\n - 50% to the **ZERA Treasury**.\\n\\n- Upon resolution of the breach, the violating party must come into full compliance with these licensing terms, including any retroactive payments or required actions, and submit proof of compliance publicly.\\n \\n\\n---\\n\\n### 4. **Transparency and Reporting**\\n\\n- Any entity using, modifying, or deriving revenue from this software must publicly disclose their usage, revenues derived, and compliance actions (such as payments to the **ZERA Treasury**) on a quarterly basis. Reports must be made accessible through a public medium (such as a blockchain ledger, public repository, or official reporting portal).\\n \\n- Failure to provide transparency and reporting within the defined quarterly period will be considered a breach of this license. A breach of reporting obligations may be escalated to the ZERA holder enforcement mechanism as outlined in Section 3.\\n \\n- The ZERA Treasury or an appointed auditing body has the right to verify any claims of revenue and compliance.\\n \\n\\n---\\n\\n### 5. **No Warranty and Limitation of Liability**\\n\\n- This software is provided \\\"as-is\\\" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.\\n \\n- In no event shall the authors or contributors of the software be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.\"} symbol:\"LEGAL\" name:\"Legal\" governance:{type:STAGGERED regular_quorum:7500 fast_quorum:7500 voting_instrument:\"$ZRA+0000\" threshold:200 chicken_dinner:false allow_multi:true voting_period:4 allowed_proposal_instrument:\"$ZRA+0000\" proposal_period:DAYS} restricted_keys:{public_key:{single:\"$ZRA+0000\"}} restricted_keys:{public_key:{governance_auth:\"gov_$LEGAL+0000\"} update_contract:true transfer:true quash:true mint:true vote:true propose:true compliance:true expense_ratio:true cur_equiv:true revoke:true key_weight:1} max_supply:\"0\" coin_denomination:{denomination_name:\"LEGAL\" amount:\"1\"} contract_id:\"$LEGAL+0000\" type:SBT} txn_fees_and_status:{txn_hash:\"\\xa6*\\xb8$/B\\x99\\x1f\\xceQ>Hs\\xa35!\\x19\\x8d+\\x97q\\xfc\\x94Vӽ۵鮖\\xf8\" base_fees:\"0\" contract_fees:\"0\"} txn_fees_and_status:{txn_hash:\"\\xf4\\xad\\x9d\\xf1Y\\xb4[\\xaey|\\xc0\\xeb\\x19\\x8f\\xf7\\x96\\x9c\\xb987\\x01\\x19\\x8d[4){\\xff[h\\x988\" base_fees:\"0\" contract_fees:\"0\"} txn_fees_and_status:{txn_hash:\"\\t\\xa3}\\x81\\x90\\xa8Ӝf\\xaf\\xc7\\x0b\\xa4)\\x90`w\\xa9l\\x1fTh\\xe9\\x83\\x043\\xbbC\\xa0laG\" base_fees:\"0\" contract_fees:\"0\"} txn_fees_and_status:{txn_hash:\"70\\xb6\\xedR5@\\xe6E\\xbcxmqP\\x90X\\x1c\\x19\\x18إ3\\xda \\xc0q\\x0cr\\xd0Wú\" base_fees:\"0\" contract_fees:\"0\"} txn_fees_and_status:{txn_hash:\"\\xe8\\x14\\xe8\\n\\xd2\\xfd\\x17\\x16,\\xb1\\xb8\\x02\\xcd\\xf4\\xce~\\x0c\\xa4-#H$d\\xf3\\xacڗ\\xf2\\xeeV\\x16\\xbc\" base_fees:\"0\" contract_fees:\"0\"} txn_fees_and_status:{txn_hash:\"\\xa4H\\x97\\xd33J\\x98\\x06_\\x017\\xcc$\\x15\\xc5G\\x80\\x15\\x7f\\x86\\x931my\\x01c\\x0b\\xfe=\\x06G{\" base_fees:\"0\" contract_fees:\"0\"} required_version_txn:{base:{timestamp:{seconds:1726138971} hash:\"\\xa4H\\x97\\xd33J\\x98\\x06_\\x017\\xcc$\\x15\\xc5G\\x80\\x15\\x7f\\x86\\x931my\\x01c\\x0b\\xfe=\\x06G{\"} version:100000}}"
