ZERA Vision Inc. (ZV) is undertaking the sale of all its intellectual property. This decision has been made with two clear objectives:

  1. To take care of existing creditors as best as possible

  2. To pass ZV's innovations to a like-minded group committed to continuing its vision

Background and Rationale

ZV is currently facing significant financial distress. Despite the ongoing patience and cooperation of its creditors, the company is no longer able to service its outstanding debt. Monthly operational costs, particularly server expenses that run into thousands of dollars and contractor costs, continue to place an unsustainable burden on the company.

Efforts have been made to reduce these costs, including the development of methods to temporarily lower server expenditures. However, these measures come at the expense of service integrity and scalability, offering only short-term viability.

ZV has not generated any revenue and has never received income from the ZERA Community. Attempts to sell company assets have been unsuccessful in generating the resources needed for continued operation. ZV's current assets consist of approximately 2 million $ZRA and various intellectual property.

Next Steps and Timeline

ZV is moving swiftly to complete the sale process. The company aims to finalize the transition within one week. The goal is to conduct this process efficiently and to ensure the best possible outcome for creditors and identifying a successor aligned with ZV’s long-term vision.

Conclusion

Given these realities, ZV is focused on an orderly and intentional transition. The intellectual property represents years of vision and innovation, and ZV believes it can serve as the foundation for meaningful impact under new stewardship.
